    Answer a few questions written for that service: what, how big, how many. No long forms.

    Pick your Pro

    You only see Pros who travel to your address and are free at the time you chose, each with their hourly rate and reviews from real Fixgent jobs.

  3. 03

    They accept, you pay

    Your Pro has up to 4 hours to accept. If they can't, pick someone else in two taps. Then you pay online; Fixgent holds the money until the job is done.

  4. 04

    Job done, you review

    Chat with your Pro in the booking. Anything extra needs your approval in the app. When it's done, you leave a review.

Pricing

You see the price before you book.

  • Hourly rates you see up front. Each Pro sets their rate; you see it, their reviews and an estimate for your job before you book.
  • Pay for the time actually worked. Finished early? You pay less. Bigger jobs can get a fixed quote instead.
  • Nothing extra without your OK. Parts or extra work are added in the app, with the price, and only go ahead when you approve.

  • ID-checked: a government ID, a live selfie and a face match before a Pro can take bookings.
  • The Fixgent Promise. Not done right? Report it within 48 hours for a redo or refund, or within 7 days for a free redo. How it works.
